Observations

So 2 things that I have noticed that are definitely different from California.

1) Hardly any of the public toilets have seat covers. Yes, this isn't something that will send me to pack my bags, but definitely something that I noticed as we made our way East. Unlike California, where it is rare to find a public toilet that doesn't have seat covers, here it is rare to find one that does.

2) There are graveyards....EVERYWHERE! And, they are HUGE! I just stumbled upon a very, very large graveyard just down the road from our house. There are literally everywhere out here and they go for miles with a million large headstones in them. It is cool, but a little creepy at the same time. Definitely not one of those things that I thought about when I thought about how the East had so much history in it.

That's all I got for now, just wanted to throw that out there.

  1. Hey Bryce, I finally got off my cyber butt to check ouy your blog. It sounds like a cool adventure out there. Take it from a former travling fool, check out as much as you can in the next few months before you hatch!

Heard about the Honda. Maybe you can bury it in one of those massive graveyards you keep seeing.
