Exploring the Streets of Downtown

We decided to head out yesterday to get something to eat and do a little exploring before football began. I had seen the Old South Meeting house when I had been out previously, so we headed over to check it out. Unfortunately, we had just stopped by Starbucks to get some coffee and cocoa to warm ourselves up so we couldn't go into the museum. However, there was a staircase inside that mesmerized Nathan with its' architecture. He had to take several pictures of course.

As we were walking down the street we happened upon this sign. I thought it was interesting since I have never lived anywhere where it would be necessary to watch for falling ice!
The next site that we happened upon was the Granary Burial Grounds. It was quite large and had many signs explaining about who was buried there and where. Many of the graves that we saw dated back to the 1700s. Some of the more famous graves that we saw were Benjamin Franklins parents, Paul Revere and John Hancock.

  1. I love the falling ice sign! Keep your eyes peeled for the sign that I can only assume means not to let your dog poop on the grass, it's a dog bent over with a turd coming out, I saw it Pennsylvania once :)
